SetupTeam has been installing AV and home technology across Toronto since 2015. We’re a Sonos Gold Dealer and certified Control4 programmer — and we carry most equipment with us, so supply, installation, and configuration typically happen in a single visit.

We specialize in Samsung Frame TV installation — including custom bezel fitting, no-gap wall mounting, and cable-free finishes. For networking, we design and build UniFi-based infrastructure and structured Cat6 wiring systems for new builds, renovations, and retrofits — so your smart home, security cameras, and Sonos amplifiers run on a stable wired backbone rather than wireless backhaul.

Standard TV wall mounting starts at $169.99 — that includes secure mounting and basic cable management on drywall. Wall mounts, wire concealment, and cable management are separate add-ons priced based on your setup. Samsung Frame TV installation starts at $199.99. Above-fireplace installs, in-wall wire concealment, brick or concrete walls, and soundbar mounting are all quoted separately based on scope. Both. As an authorized dealer for Sonos and Control4, we can supply TVs, mounts, soundbars, Sonos speakers, and networking hardware at dealer pricing — then deliver, install, and configure everything in one visit. If you already have equipment, we’ll work with what you have. Either way, the system is fully tested before we leave.
A standard TV wall mount with basic cable management takes 1–2 hours. An above-fireplace mount with in-wall wire concealment typically runs 2–3 hours. A Samsung Frame TV installation with custom bezel fitting adds 30–60 minutes. A full home theatre — speakers, receiver, wiring, calibration, and control setup — can take a full day depending on scope. We confirm the expected timeframe at booking.
Yes — above-fireplace mounting is one of our most common jobs. We assess heat output, viewing angles, and wall construction before recommending a bracket type and height. Wiring is concealed in-wall where the wall type allows. We’ll be upfront if a specific fireplace setup presents a heat or sight-line concern and will offer alternatives if needed.
As a Sonos Gold Dealer, we handle full new installations — speaker supply at dealer pricing, TV audio integration via HDMI ARC/eARC, Trueplay calibration, and app setup. We also diagnose and repair existing Sonos systems with dropout issues, grouping failures, or app connectivity problems. On-site troubleshooting visits are available across Toronto and the GTA.
We diagnose before recommending. Most Wi-Fi problems have a specific root cause: access points placed incorrectly, channel congestion, outdated firmware, or concrete walls in condos attenuating signal. We do a real-world coverage survey, identify the issue, and either reconfigure your existing equipment or recommend the right hardware — often a properly deployed UniFi or Eero system rather than adding more mesh devices.
Yes. We install security camera systems for homes, condos, and commercial properties across Toronto and the GTA. Cameras are positioned for maximum coverage, cabling is routed cleanly with weatherproofed exterior penetrations, and the system is fully configured — remote viewing, motion alert zones, and mobile notifications — before we leave. We work with professional-grade systems including UniFi Protect.
Yes. We install complete Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms systems for boardrooms, huddle rooms, and meeting spaces across the GTA. A typical install covers display mounting, camera positioning, microphone placement, speaker calibration, certified room compute and touch controller, clean cable management, and a live call verification before sign-off. WSIB and liability documentation available for property managers and building offices.
Yes. SetupTeam carries $2,000,000 in liability insurance and full WSIB coverage on every job — residential, condo, and commercial. Certificates of insurance and WSIB clearance are available on request for property managers, condo boards, and commercial project files. We back every TV wall mount with a lifetime labour warranty. All other installations carry at least a one-year labour warranty, and manufacturer warranties apply to all supplied equipment.
